Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for psychologists, therapists & mental health professionals seeking guidance, growth, and support in their professional practice. Our team are experienced supervisors and aim to provide a collaborative and reflective space to support personal and professional development.

Our Approach to Supervision

While each supervisory relationship is unique, our work is shaped by several therapeutic models including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Third-Wave approaches, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness-based models.

  • Systemic Therapy, including Narrative therapy.

These perspectives inform how we explore clinical work, case conceptualisation and support skill development. Sessions typically include a blend of case discussion, formulation, ethical reflection, and attention to your professional identity and wellbeing.
