Workshops and training
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting people through stress, burnout and the emotional impact of modern working life. I’ve had the privilege of leading the mental health pathway for a national private medical company, helping to develop and shape services that really meet the needs of individuals and organisations alike.
I specialise in individual support for clinical burnout, working collaboratively to help people rebuild balance, confidence and sustainable ways of working. I’m also passionate about equipping employers to spot the early signs of strain in their teams and to respond with understanding, clarity and effective support, something I’ve delivered through training sessions and workshops for a wide range of organisations, healthcare professionals and corporate settings.
I take a warm, thoughtful and evidence-based approach to my work, blending cognitive behavioural and integrative psychological methods with a genuine belief that people can recover and grow stronger from burnout when given the right support and space.
I’m also incredibly excited to be exploring work around Matrescence, the powerful and often complex transition into motherhood. I am looking to develop supportive, face-to-face groups for women in the first year of motherhood, alongside offering one-off workshops designed to provide space, understanding and practical psychological support at any stage of the motherhood journey. As a mum of two young boys myself, I feel deeply passionate about supporting women through this transition, helping them feel seen, understood and strengthened during such a significant life shift. We would love to hear from organisations or individuals who might be interested in this work, so please do get in touch if this is something that resonates with you.
